South Korean investor unloads St. Pete warehouse for $36M less than 2021 price

A FedEx distribution center in St. Petersburg sold at a $36 million loss.

Chicago-based Walton Street Capital acquired the warehouse facility that sits on nearly 63 acres for $58.2 million, according to a deed recorded in Pinellas County. The property last sold in 2021 for $94.5 million. This marks another St. Pete acquisition for the real estate investment firm.
