Downtown St. Petersburg’s Sundial will see two marquee tenants — a courtyard bar and a comedy club — open in the coming months.

The outdoor mall and courtyard off Second Avenue North is the busiest it’s been in years with the recent openings of Forbici Modern Italian and Go Greek Yogurt.
