Former Whole Foods distributor's facility hits the market with 200,000 square feet of cold storage

More than 200,000 square feet of cold storage has hit the market in Sarasota.

A 767,000-square-foot distribution center, formerly home to United Natural Foods Inc., includes 203,000 square feet of cold storage, which Ian Black Real Estate says is the largest block of its kind available in the state. The space at 6100 McIntosh Road in Sarasota is now available for lease.
