Hundreds of apartments, waterfront boardwalk planned for Pasco County

An Ohio-based developer is planning hundreds of apartments and a waterfront boardwalk as part of a mixed-use development in Pasco County.

The Krueger Group is planning 240 apartment units, a 33,000-square-foot waterfront boardwalk and 24,000 square feet of commercial use in Port Richey. The development, called Vela at Cotee River Landing, will rise on 8.5 acres of vacant land south of Pasco Way, north of Treadway Drive and east of Millers Bayou.
