Third Lake Development snags $6.2M building at Sky Town for self-storage project

A Tampa development firm has acquired a piece of a South St. Petersburg development for a self-storage project.

Third Lake Development, through TLV RE SS III St. Petersburg Owner LLC, acquired a three-story building on the Sky Town development in St. Pete’s Skyway Marina district. Sky Town, a master-planned, mixed-use development from Coral Gables-based Altis Cardinal, is currently under construction and is slated to bring over 2,000 apartment units and 92,000 square feet of retail.
