Detwiler's Farm Market purchases Palmetto property for $1.06M

Detwiler’s Farm Market purchased an industrial property next to its Palmetto distribution center for $1.06 million.

The family-owned grocer purchased the 1.03-acre property at 1119 19th Ave. E. last week for $1.06 million, according to a release. A deed has not been filed in Manatee County records, but a representative for Detwiler’s confirmed to the Tampa Bay Business Journal that the grocer purchased the property last week.
