Fresh Market to open first Pasco store in Wesley Chapel

The Fresh Market will open its first Pasco County store in a master-planned community.

The North Carolina-based specialty grocer will anchor a retail portion of Wiregrass Ranch in a 26,000-square-foot space at the southwest corner of State Road 56 and Wiregrass Ranch Boulevard, according to a release. Jacksonville-based Regency Centers has entered a joint venture partnership with Locust Branch LLC, the master developer of Wiregrass Ranch, to develop the new retail center as part of a larger mixed-use development.
