Utah developer plans 300 apartments in Bradenton

A Salt Lake City-based real estate developer is planning hundreds of apartments in Manatee County as it expands into the Florida market.

Lotus Co. is proposing 293 multifamily units in Bradenton across 10 acres of land, according to a Southwest Florida Water Management District permit. The apartment complex, which will be called Lotus Vyne, is located at 15005 E. State Road 64.
