Historic Tarpon Springs stable transformed into eight-room boutique hotel

An early-1900s stable in downtown Tarpon Springs has been transformed into an eight-room boutique hotel.

The Livery Guesthouse is now open and accepting reservations at 100 N Ring Ave., a block from downtown's Tarpon Avenue. Local contractor Joseph Kokolakis bought the historic building, which sits adjacent to his company’s office and across the street from townhomes it built, in 2021. The hotel is the latest addition to Kokolakis’ efforts to craft a lively downtown.
