Marriott-branded hotel planned for Wiregrass Ranch

A Courtyard by Marriott is planning to come to one of nearly a dozen master-planned unit developments in Pasco County as development continues to ramp up in the area.

The 112-room, multistory hotel will be located on Mansfield Boulevard near the intersection of State Road 56, according to a Southwest Florida Water Management District permit. The building will be 73,000 square feet, and the property will span more than 3 acres. Such permits are often a first step toward construction.
