Syrup maker Monin plans $100 million factory in Pasco County

Monin, a French syrup company with U.S. operations based in Clearwater, will expand into Pasco County.

The company plans to purchase 70 acres in the Zephyrhills Airport Industrial Park. The company expects to invest over $100 million in a new state-of-the-art facility that will produce its product across the U.S. The Clearwater facility will still be in production in addition to the Zephyrhills facility, a representative at the Pasco County Economic Development Council confirmed.
