Real estate firm buys nearly 1M square feet of industrial space in Pinellas County's Gateway area

A Boston-based real estate firm acquired several industrial properties between Pinellas Park and St. Petersburg, totaling nearly $200 million.

The industrial arm of GID, a vertically integrated real estate developer, investor and operator, bought 10 warehouse properties totaling $192 million in investment, according to 10 deeds recorded in Pinellas County. The properties were sold by IC Industrial REIT, which is tied to a Montreal-based real estate company that now operates as La Caisse.
