Tampa developer Gianco Cos. lists historic properties to fund hurricane-damaged tower rehab in St. Pete

A Tampa-based developer is looking to sell some of its assets on both sides of the bay to move forward with new projects — including the redevelopment of a hurricane-damaged tower in downtown St. Petersburg.

Gianco Cos. has listed historical buildings, including Station House and Station House Arcade in downtown St. Pete, as well as Anderson House in Tampa, that could garner $30 million to $40 million total. Revenue from those sales would funnel into the developer’s next project: rehabilitating the damaged office building at 300 Central Ave.
