Westwood Center sold for $13.3M to Tampa investors

Westwood Center was sold to a partnership of Tampa investors who plan to rebrand the property.

Clover Investment Properties bought the 130,487-square-foot Westshore office building at 2002 N. Lois Ave. in a partnership with Tampa developer Carl Lindell's Lindell Investments Inc. The purchase price was $13.3 million, according to a deed filed with the county.
