Prime corner on St. Pete's Central Avenue to see mixed-use redevelopment

A local design-build firm plans to activate a vacant corner along Central Avenue in St. Petersburg’s Grand Central district.

Modern Tampa Bay Homes will transform an existing parking lot at 2250 Central Ave. into a 4,000-square-foot mixed-use building. The project would revitalize a currently underused corner at 23rd Street South and Central Avenue that has strong pedestrian activity and visibility.
