A Largo retail center sold within 24 hours of hitting the market.

The fully leased, two-tenant retail center at 2401 East Bay Drive sold for $2.6 million. PMC Enterprises II LLC sold the property to Risal Holdings LLC, a local investor. The listing generated multiple offers at or near the asking price within 24 hours, according to Colliers.
