Newly built Madeira Beach waterfront home heads to auction at $6.7M

A newly constructed waterfront home on Madeira Beach is up for auction.

The five-bedroom, 5,785-square-foot home was originally listed for $8.95 million but is now being offered with a reserve price of $6.7 million. Bids on the home at 445 129th Ave. E will be accepted through June 18 at 4 p.m. Paramount Realty USA, a prominent national real estate auction firm that collaborates with listing brokers and sellers to maximize value by auction, has collaborated with DJ Soucy of Compass Florida on the auction.
