After four years of discussions, a church property in Seminole is slated for affordable housing.

Habitat for Humanity Tampa Bay Gulfside has entered negotiations with the city of Seminole for a development agreement to transform Lake Seminole Presbyterian Church at 8505 113th St. into a new sanctuary and housing for homeowners 55 and up. The nonprofit received unanimous city council approval.
