Junior penthouse in Water Street Tampa hits the market at just under $10 million

A junior penthouse in Edition Tampa is on the market for just under $10 million.

Smith & Associates Real Estate on Wednesday said that it has listed Unit No. 2301 for $9.9 million. The owner, a series of corporate entities, paid $5.6 million for the condo in 2022, purchased brand new from developer Strategic Property Partners.
