Talkin' Tacos to open fourth Tampa Bay location

A Tampa hospitality group has inked a deal for South Florida-based Talkin' Tacos, a fast-casual Mexican eatery, in Brandon.

Black Apron Hospitality Group has signed a 10-year lease with the option to renew for a 2,352-square-foot space in a retail center at 1916 Brandon Blvd. for the restaurant. Talkin' Tacos is moving into a space previously home to a T-Mobile. Because Talkin' Tacos space wasn't previously home to a restaurant, Raheel Razzaq, co-owner of Black Apron alongside Moshin Hussain, told the Tampa Bay Business Journal the investments for the new restaurant were in the mid-six-figure range.
