Miami-based Tricera Capital transforms historic Snell Arcade basement into members-only social club

The basement of St. Petersburg’s historic Snell Arcade is under transformation to become a members-only social club.

Miami-based Tricera Capital has started construction on the club called Medina 405. The space will serve as a private gathering place for St. Pete’s business, civic and creative communities. It’s expected to open later this year.
