Ohio developer plans apartment complex in South Hillsborough

An Ohio multifamily developer is planning to kick off its ninth apartment project in South Hillsborough County.

The NRP Group is planning a four-story, 100-unit apartment complex at 874 Cortaro Drive in Sun City Center, according to site plans submitted to the county. Cortaro Heights Apartments will rise on vacant land at the intersection of Upper Creek Drive and Cortaro Drive. It will be located behind the shopping center, Cypress Village Plaza, which has tenants such as Home Depot, Bealls and Anytime Fitness.
