St. Petersburg's former HSN campus could become industrial park

HSN’s St. Petersburg property is poised to be redeveloped, and the first construction could bring three warehouses.

The site is nearly 65 acres and already home to over 487,000 square feet of office and industrial space split between nine buildings. Greystar, a national developer, is seeking site plan approval from St. Pete’s development review commission to build more than 400,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space on about 41 acres of the property.
