JE Dunn starts next phase of $70M upgrade to Pasco County school

JE Dunn Construction has completed the first phase of a $70 million expansion at Gulf Middle School in Pasco County.

The district has three phases of development planned at the New Port Richey school, which has long struggled with its performance ratings. Phase 1 included selective demolition, site clearing and the relocation of utilities and two existing chillers.
