South Florida developer plans 67-unit apartment building in Seminole Heights

A South Florida developer is moving forward with plans for a five-story apartment building in Seminole Heights.

Fort Lauderdale-based Alexander Goshen plans to build a mixed-use development at the corner of North Florida Avenue and West Henry Avenue. The project would bring 67 apartment units and 7,230 square feet of commercial space to the 0.85-acre site. The developer filed a permit application with the Southwest Florida Water Management District on Tuesday.
