Chipotle to add two South Hillsborough County locations

A fast-casual Mexican chain is expanding into South Hillsborough County, one of the fastest-growing nooks of the Tampa Bay region.

Plans have been submitted to Hillsborough County building officials for two new Chipotles in Lithia and Wimauma.
