Fowler shopping center near USF sold to Dallas investors

A nearly 50-year-old Tampa retail center sold for $8.23 million to a Crow Holdings-affiliated company.

The nearly fully leased Fowler Shopping Plaza at 1510-1526 E. Fowler Ave. was sold by CAKK Ventures Fowler on Jan. 29, Hillsborough County property records show, to a real estate fund advised by Dallas-based Crow Holdings Capital, an investment management business of Crow Holdings, a real estate and investment development firm specializing in multifamily, industrial and office development.
