BJ's Wholesale Club and Home Depot to anchor new Pasco retail center

Two retail giants will anchor a new shopping center in Pasco County.

New Jersey-based Edgewood Properties has filed plans for a BJ's Wholesale Club and a Home Depot at the Marketplace at Trinity. The new development spans 81 acres on vacant land on the Mitchell Ranch property along State Road 54 and Little Road in Trinity. The Marketplace at Trinity will be adjacent to another retail center, Village at Mitchell Ranch.
