A chunk of one of Pinellas County’s top tourist attractions is on the market.

About 54,000 square feet of John’s Pass Village has been listed for just under $43 million. The property at 111-179 Boardwalk Place W. lies within the heart of Madeira Beach and includes a six-level parking garage, 20 retail spaces occupied by restaurants, gift stores and boat charters and 24 hotel rooms.
