Man-made lagoon to break ground in 7,500-home Pasco development

A 7,500-home community in Pasco County is advancing one of its key amenities: a man-made crystal lagoon.

Tampa-based Metro Development Group, the master developer of Angeline, told the Tampa Bay Business Journal it is in the design phase for the lagoon. The lagoon will be located at the northeast corner of Ridge Road and Sun Lake Boulevard. It is too early to confirm an opening date or a size for the future lagoon, Metro said.
