Virginia developer buys 40 acres in Pasco for townhouses

A homebuilder has purchased a Pasco County property previously home to a private school.

Stanley Martin Homes paid $10.68 million for the 40-acre site at 2331 Collier Parkway, Eshenbaugh Land Co. said in a release Wednesday. Virginia-based Stanley Martin is a national builder with communities throughout the U.S.
