Palm Pavilion Inn sold to Tampa-based hospitality group

The other half of Clearwater Beach landmark Palm Pavilion has been sold to a local hospitality group.

McKibbon Equities announced Wednesday that it purchased Palm Pavilion Inn on Clearwater Beach. The announcement comes a little over a week after the Hamilton family announced they’d be walking away from the Clearwater institution after 60 years of ownership.
