Baltimore developer plans 93-acre business park in Pasco County

A Baltimore developer is moving forward with plans to build a speculative business park in Pasco County.

St. Johns Properties plans to break ground on a 93-acre commercial and industrial development along the south side of State Road 54 near the intersection of Duck Slough Boulevard. Mitchell Business Park will be a 23-building mixed-use business community comprised of nearly 570,000 square feet of single-story commercial space.
