Pasco County mall set for major capital improvements

A nearly 50-year-old mall in Pasco County is slated for a facelift.

Gulf View Square Mall in Port Richey is undergoing a capital improvement project that includes roofing repairs, ceiling and lighting improvements, new asphalt, new HVAC units and repairs to the interior drywall, a representative from New York-based Namdar Realty Group, the owners of the property, confirmed to the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
