Largo seeks proposals for former city hall redevelopment

The city of Largo is seeking developers to redevelop its 14-acre municipal campus.

The city, in partnership with CBRE, announced Tuesday it has issued a request for proposals for the redevelopment of 201 Highland Ave. — the site of the Largo City Hall, Largo Police Department and the Emergency Operations Center, which will be relocated to the new city government complex off West Bay Drive. They are seeking development that blends residential, retail, office and public experiences. Responses are due April 27.
