Tampa developer acquires Pasco retail site

A Tampa developer has acquired 3 acres in Pasco County for a retail project.

Alliant Partners Development acquired the property located at 7727 Land O’ Lakes Blvd. for $3.1 million in November 2025, according to Pasco County building records. The site included a four-pump Sunco, a food mart and three warehouse spaces that housed a countertop store and an air conditioning and heating business. The site will undergo a complete demolition this week, a spokesperson for Alliant confirmed to the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
