St. Pete Beach Woody's Waterfront sells to Florida-native Twitch streamer

Woody’s Waterfront, the beloved St. Pete Beach restaurant and bar that closed following extensive hurricane damage in 2024, sold to a social media personality.

Twitch streamer and Florida native Turner Tenney, known as Tfue, purchased the property at 7308 Sunset Way for $2.4 million, according to a deed filed Wednesday. Woody’s had been in business for more than 35 years on St. Pete Beach. Ownership decided to close the institution and sell the land due to the extent of damage from hurricanes Helene and Milton.
