Virginia developer plans apartments in Odessa

Hundreds of apartments are moving forward near a retail development in Pasco County.

Middleburg, a Virginia-based real estate investment, development and construction firm, submitted plans in Pasco County for the development of Mosby at the Preserve, a 266-unit gated apartment complex. The apartment complex is part of the second phase of the Preserve Marketplace, a 34-acre retail center anchored by Publix Super Markets, site plans show.
