Publix acquires six shopping centers for $130M

Lakeland-based grocer Publix Super Markets has purchased a portfolio of six shopping centers it anchors for $130.4 million.

Four of the fully leased shopping centers are in Central Florida. Those include locations in Orlando, Lake Mary, Windermere and St. Cloud. The others are in Fort Myers and Newnan, Georgia.
