The largest retail center on Clearwater Beach is for sale, offering nearly 2 acres in a key tourism corridor.

The 38,713-square-foot retail space across two floors at 483 Mandalay Ave., known as Pelican Walk Plaza, has been listed for $25 million, said CBRE senior vice president James Garner, who is representing the seller. The building, which is across the street from the Sandpearl Resort, has been recently renovated by current ownership and is 98% occupied.
