South Florida developer becomes JV partner in Midtown Tampa retail

The master developer of Midtown Tampa has formed a joint venture with a South Florida developer who specializes in grocery-anchored projects to lead the district's retail portion, following a change in the previous development team.

New York-based Bromley Cos. said Wednesday it has partnered with Ram Realty Advisors on Midtown's approximately 186,000 square feet of retail space, 90% of which is built out. Midtown is a mixed-use development that sits on 22 acres at Interstate 275 and Dale Mabry Highway.
