West Coast investor acquires hotel near TPA for $18.2M

A West Coast private investor has acquired a Tampa hotel for $18.25 million.

Miami-based GLT Group Brokerage arranged the off-market transaction of Hampton Inn Tampa-International Airport/Westshore on Dec. 10, 2025, according to a deed filed in Hillsborough County. Hampton Inn is a Hilton brand. The hotel, located at 4817 W. Laurel St., is about 2 miles from Tampa International Airport.
