Golf operator on Florida buying spree acquires Brooksville club

A Virginia-based owner-operator of golf courses and country clubs has added another Tampa Bay area property to its portfolio.

Heritage Golf Group said it acquired Southern Hills Plantation Club in Brooksville from managing partner MG Orender. A deed for the transaction has not yet been recorded, and financial terms were not disclosed. This transaction marks the final acquisition in a multi-club agreement across the Sunshine State.
