A Clearwater developer that's assembling land along Salt Creek in St. Petersburg’s Old Southeast neighborhood has added to its holdings there, this time with a building home to offices of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Fisheries.

An entity linked to Prometheus Partners and Southeast Investment Property Holdings acquired Bayboro Station, an 81,000-square-foot, three-story office building at 263 13th Ave. S and an adjacent parking lot for $28.2 million, according to a deed filed Dec. 31, 2025. The transaction adds another 4.63 acres to the developer’s more than 15 acres and brings total land investment up to around $90 million.
