YouTube real estate sensation Ben Mallah sold a Tampa shopping center for $37.7 million.

The fully leased Tampa Bay Center at 2915 N. Dale Mabry Hwy. was sold to Triarch Capital for $37.7 million. The nearly 150,000-square-foot shopping center is anchored by Ashley Furniture and Floor & Decor with several other national tenants.
