Boca Raton developer plans nearly 500 homes in Pasco County

A Boca Raton-based developer is moving forward with plans for a 470-unit development in Pasco County.

116 Construction, a brand of parent company Lockhart Management Group, is laying the groundwork for the 412 multifamily and 170 single-family homes on 70 acres off McCabe Road in San Antonio. The project is expected to be built in two phases, according to plans submitted to Pasco County.
