Belleair estate owned by two former mayors relisted at $3.1M

An estate built and owned by former Belleair mayors is for sale.

The Ruder Mansion at 1102 Palm View Ave. was built by the town of Belleair’s first mayor, Jesse Pavey, who was elected in 1926. It was then owned by Lucius Ruder, who was Belleair’s mayor from 1948 to 1951. The 7,193-square-foot estate has been relisted for $3.1 million by Smith & Associates Real Estate.
