New retail center, coffee shop, gas station proposed in Pasco County

A new commercial and retail center, coffee shop and gas station are being proposed for vacant industrial land in Pasco County.

The project in San Antonio would consist of a 7,000-square-foot commercial building with confirmed tenants, including a large convenience store, a new franchise ice cream and coffee shop and fuel pumps, Jacob Jordan, co-owner of the land, told the Tampa Bay Business Journal. Potentially, one to two more tenants may join the site, he confirmed.
