Michael Saunders & Co. to open downtown St. Pete office

The luxury real estate firm that’s been selling the condos at the Residences at 400 Central will open an office on the tower’s ground floor.

Michael Saunders & Co. will open a 3,000-square-foot branch in St. Petersburg’s tallest tower. The firm has served as the exclusive sales agent for the project, operating the sales gallery across the street. This lease is the fourth for commercial and retail space within the development, led by Red Apple Group.
