National builder breaks ground on adult community center in Manatee County

A national builder has broken ground on a multimillion-dollar clubhouse at an active adult community in Manatee County.

Atlanta-based PulteGroup broke ground on the 18,000-square-foot clubhouse at Del Webb Sunchase on Nov. 20. The facility, located at 9114 Sunset Haven Terrace just off State Road 62 in Parrish, will serve as the centerpiece of the 55-plus gated community.
